At FLUX US you can receive your packages by:

Shipping via USPS, UPS or GlobalTranz (used when the order is shipped on a pallet).
The shipping cost is $99 excl. taxes for every order.

The shipment will be sent out in 1-2 business day. This only applies when the order is in stock.

Delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Cancellation and return policy

At FLUX US, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. If you encounter any issues, please contact our Tech Support team at [email protected] before initiating a return. Many technical concerns can be resolved with their assistance.

Cancellation Procedure:

Cancelling an order is free of charge, as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Do you want to cancel the order after it has been shipped to you? Then you must refuse the package upon delivery. If FLUX US has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after proper receipt of the return shipment. We will deduct the shipping costs incurred (only if you refuse the order at the door and have the delivery person take it back unopened).

Return policy:

We recognize that a product may not always meet your expectations. Therefore, FLUX US offers a 7-day return policy on all products. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at [email protected] within the first 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

For products returned within 14 days but outside the initial 7-day period, and found non-defective upon inspection, a 30% restocking fee may apply. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable. Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.

All FLUX product returns must be pre-approved by our customer support team. Items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

In the case of obvious shipping damage upon delivery, contact us immediately at [email protected], including photos of the damaged items and the packaging.

Return policy for manufacturer defects:

If a product exhibits severe manufacturing faults, it can be returned to FLUX US with prior approval within thirty (30) days for a refund of the original purchase price, subject to inspection. Return Policy for Products With Manufacturer Defects does not apply if the item shows signs of misuse/abuse or lack of proper maintenance.

To return a product, email our Customer Service Department for approval. Unapproved returns will not be refunded due to freight costs. Items must be in their original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

FLUX is not liable for additional expenses, such as moving costs, associated with product shipment or return.

3. Once received the items, these will be checked by our support to see if this includes all the original packaging, accessories and the machine is unused.

4. Our support will update you regarding your refund through email.

5. Your refund will back into your account within the maximum of 14 days.
